About this Blog
This blog is to chronicle the lives of Stanisława (Stasia/Stella) and Kazimierz (Kazik/Kazy) Kozlowski who spent half their lives in Wyszkow Poland and then later in Bristol, Connecticut USA after 1961. The photo below was taken in 1986 on Pultuska Street (ul. Pultuska) of a farm Stasia's mother owned and where they both spent most of their marriage together before moving to the USA. A few years later it was sold to the city and a factory was built. Water came from the well and there was no bathroom or shower so it was not an easy lifestyle. However, the property consisted of vast wheat fields and fruit trees. and it was beautiful. The church in this photo still sits today in downtown Wyszkow on the river (bug) where Stasia and Kazik would have their children baptized.
